At Timetric Electric, we understand that the power frequency withstand voltage test of the VS1 vacuum circuit breaker is crucial to ensuring product quality and safety. As power demand increases, so do the performance and safety requirements for vacuum circuit breakers.


We have a series of strict requirements and standards for the power frequency withstand voltage test of VS1 vacuum circuit breakers. It mainly includes the following aspects:

1. Main circuit to ground 42KV power frequency withstand voltage test.

2. Main circuit phase-to-phase 42KV power frequency withstand voltage test.

3. Main circuit break 42KV power frequency withstand voltage test.

4. Power frequency withstand voltage test of 2KV between the secondary circuit and the ground.

5. Test of rated lightning impulse withstand voltage peak value 75KV.


In the specific implementation method project, we conducted a 42KV power frequency withstand voltage test on the entire circuit breaker and chassis truck (chassis truck is only for handcart type) in the closed state. In the open state, we conduct a 1-minute 42KV power frequency withstand voltage test on the static contact against the moving contact, and a 1-minute 42KV power frequency withstand voltage test on the chassis.
