The HXGN-12 box-type fixed AC metal closed switchgear, often referred to as a "ring network cabinet," represents a cutting-edge solution designed for the modernization and expansion of urban power grids. Within the power supply system, it plays a crucial role in interrupting load currents, managing short-circuit currents, and safely closing short-circuit circuits.

This ring network cabinet features the FZRN25 and FZRN21 vacuum load switches, both equipped with efficient spring mechanisms for smooth operation. While the grounding switch and isolating knife require manual operation, the cabinet's overall design is comprehensive, compact in size, and free from the risk of combustion or explosion.

Switch Module:

The switch module serves as a versatile three-position switch disconnector and earthing switch, employing SF6 gas as an efficient arc quenching medium. It can seamlessly switch between three key positions: closed, open, and earthed. In the open position, the switch meets the disconnector requirements, ensuring safe disconnection.

F Module:

The switch-fuse module mirrors the capabilities of the switch module, featuring a three-position switch disconnector and earthing switch. What sets it apart is its ability to function as a switch-fuse combination, thanks to a fuse tripping device. This module also includes a double earthing switch that, when in the earthed position, connects earth to both sides of the fuse-links simultaneously. Both earthing switches are synchronized for ease of operation. Moreover, mechanical interlocks prevent unauthorized access to the fuse-links, enhancing safety. The lower cover, providing access to the fuse-links, is also mechanically interlocked with the earthing switch.

V Module:

The vacuum circuit-breaker module incorporates vacuum bottles as interrupters for current control. In conjunction with the circuit-breaker main circuit, it features a three-position disconnector/earthing switch. The operation between the vacuum circuit-breaker and the disconnector/earthing switch is mechanically interlocked to ensure safety and proper sequencing.

Operating Conditions:The equipment is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures up to a maximum of +40 ℃, with an average temperature not exceeding +35 ℃ over a 24-hour period.The equipment is also suitable for use in colder environments, with a lower limit of -5 ℃ for ambient air temperature.This equipment is intended for indoor installation and use, and it is suitable for locations at altitudes up to 2000 meters above sea level.The environment where the equipment is placed should have clean air. When the temperature reaches its maximum of +40 ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity levels are acceptable. For instance, at +20 ℃, a relative humidity of 90% is permissible, but due to temperature variations, slight condensation may occur occasionally.During installation, ensure that the equipment is positioned with an inclination to the vertical plane not exceeding 5 degrees.The equipment can be safely transported and stored within the following temperature range: -25 ℃ to +55 ℃, and it can briefly withstand temperatures of up to 70 ℃ for a limited time (not exceeding 24 hours).

In the RM6-12/24 fully insulated aerated cabinet, SF6 gas serves as both the arc-extinguishing and insulating medium. This switchgear is meticulously designed for maximum protection and reliability.

The switchgear is completely sealed and insulated, with the bus, switches, and live components enclosed within a robust stainless steel housing. The interior is filled with SF6 gas at a pressure of 1.4 bar, achieving an impressive IP67 protection level. This means that the entire switch device remains impervious to external environmental conditions, ensuring normal operation even in extreme situations like temporary water exposure. Importantly, this product is maintenance-free throughout its operational life.

To prevent human error, the switchgear features a comprehensive "five prevention" interlock device, eliminating potential operational failures caused by personnel mistakes.
