The HXGN-12 box-type fixed AC metal closed switchgear, commonly known as the "ring network cabinet," stands as a state-of-the-art solution specifically designed to revamp and expand urban power grids. This switchgear plays a pivotal role within the power supply system by effectively interrupting load currents, managing short-circuit currents, and ensuring the secure closure of short-circuit circuits.

Within this ring network cabinet, you'll find the FZRN25 and FZRN21 vacuum load switches, both equipped with efficient spring mechanisms for seamless and reliable operation. While the grounding switch and isolating knife necessitate manual operation, the overall design of the cabinet is comprehensive, compact, and engineered to eliminate the risk of combustion or explosion.

In essence, this compact and dependable power distribution solution is tailored to meet the ever-evolving demands of urban power grids, guaranteeing the safe and efficient management of electricity.

Switch Module:

The switch module serves as a versatile three-position switch disconnector and earthing switch, utilizing SF6 gas as an effective arc quenching medium. It effortlessly transitions between three key positions: closed, open, and earthed. In the open position, the switch fulfills disconnector requirements, ensuring safe disconnection.

F Module:

The switch-fuse module mirrors the functionalities of the switch module, featuring a three-position switch disconnector and earthing switch. What sets it apart is its ability to operate as a switch-fuse combination, thanks to a fuse tripping device. This module also includes a double earthing switch that, when in the earthed position, connects earth to both sides of the fuse-links simultaneously. Both earthing switches are synchronized for ease of operation. Additionally, mechanical interlocks are in place to prevent unauthorized access to the fuse-links, enhancing safety. The lower cover, providing access to the fuse-links, is also mechanically interlocked with the earthing switch.

V Module:

The vacuum circuit-breaker module employs vacuum bottles as interrupters for controlling current. It incorporates a three-position disconnector/earthing switch in series with the circuit-breaker main circuit. The operation between the vacuum circuit-breaker and the disconnector/earthing switch is mechanically interlocked to ensure safety and proper sequencing.

Operating Environment:The equipment is engineered to function efficiently within ambient air temperatures of up to +40 ℃, with an average temperature not surpassing +35 ℃ over a 24-hour cycle.Moreover, it is designed to withstand colder conditions, with an operational lower limit of -5 ℃ for ambient air temperature.This equipment is primarily intended for indoor installation and utilization, and it is well-suited for locations positioned at altitudes of up to 2000 meters above sea level.The environment in which this equipment is situated should maintain clean air quality. At its maximum temperature of +40 ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%. Lower temperatures permit higher relative humidity levels. For example, at +20 ℃, a relative humidity of 90% is acceptable, but occasional slight condensation may occur due to temperature fluctuations.During installation, it is crucial to ensure that the equipment maintains an inclination to the vertical plane of no more than 5 degrees.When transporting and storing the equipment, adhere to the recommended temperature range of -25 ℃ to +55 ℃. Additionally, the equipment can briefly endure higher temperatures of up to 70 ℃ for a limited duration, not exceeding 24 hours.

Crucially, this product is designed to be maintenance-free throughout its operational lifespan.
