SF6 load switch is a kind of switching equipment with excellent performance, stable and reliable quality, which uses SF6 gas as insulation and arc extinguishing medium, and the switch body is placed in a casing cast by reinforced epoxy resin insulation material.

1. A new generation of ultra-high voltage insulating dielectric materials. As a good gas insulator, it is widely used in the gas insulation of electronic and electrical equipment.


2. It can be used in the smelting and casting process of non-ferrous metals, and can also be used in the degassing and purification of molten aluminum and its alloys. In the microelectronics industry, sulfur hexafluoride can be used to etch the silicon surface and remove organic or inorganic membranes on semiconductor materials, and can be used as a single-film fiber isolation layer dopant in the manufacturing process of optical fibers.


3. Mainly used for arc extinguishing in high-voltage switches, and used as insulating material in large-capacity transformers and high-voltage cables.

5. Operating mechanism:

Its operating mechanism can be divided into K-type single spring mechanism and A-type double spring mechanism. There are also manual and electric.
