The connection point of the isolation switch connecting plate is overheated and discolored, indicating that the contact is bad and the contact resistance is large. The connection point should be opened during maintenance, the contact surface should be filed flat and polished with sandpaper (but the zinc plating on the switch connecting plate should not be removed), and then the screw is tightened, and the spring gasket should be used to prevent loosening. There is side strike phenomenon in the moving contact. The screw fixing the contact can be rotated, or the position of the support insulator can be moved slightly to eliminate side strike; When the three phases are different, it can be overcome by adjusting the screws at both ends of the tie rod insulator to change its effective length.

The contact pressure between contacts can be achieved by adjusting the clamping spring, and the degree of clamping can be checked by the feeler ruler.

Contact between the general can be coated with Vaseline to reduce friction resistance, prolong the service life, but also to prevent contact oxidation.

When the isolation switch is in the off position, the Angle or distance between the contacts does not meet the requirements, it should be adjusted by pulling the rod insulator
