VKF(C)-12GD series indoor high-voltage three-station vacuum circuit breaker has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, reliable and stable mechanism, long life. The main circuit adopts solid sealing pole, which improves the environmental adaptability and insulation reliability of the circuit breaker. Reliable mechanical and electronic performance and extended mechanical and electronic life make maintenance-free circuit breakers possible. It can be used in 3.6-12kV power system, as a power grid equipment, industrial and mining enterprises power design protection box control unit, suitable for a variety of different nature of the load and frequent operation, multiple times to break the short-circuit current occasions. The product has a perfect mechanical and electrical interlocking device, with high operational stability and reliability, to ensure the safety of operators and equipment, to ensure the safety of electricity.

◇ Using solid sealing pole technology.

◇ The product adopts modular design: frame structure, integrated isolation switch, solid sealed vacuum circuit breaker, ground switch, sensor, interlock mechanism, operating mechanism as one of the high-performance miniaturized high voltage electrical products.

◇ The dimensions of the adaptation cabinet are (500 x 1000 x 1800)mm

◇ Rotary isolation switch with visible fracture after opening. There is a forced mechanical interlock between the isolation switch, circuit breaker and ground switch to prevent misoperation.

◇ Circuit breaker adopts modular operating mechanism, can be independently replaced or repaired, good interchangeability. It can be operated manually, or AC and DC energy storage operation can be selected to achieve remote control.

◇ The cabinet door and ground switch are designed with a reliable interlock structure to ensure the safety of the operator.

Find the height H of the specified location, calculate (formula 1) the relevant height coefficient Ka according to the provisions of GB311.1, multiply the lightning impulse withstand voltage and power frequency withstand voltage of the switch by Ka, and the obtained value is the voltage withstand parameter that must be achieved when the switch is used at a high altitude H, and at the same time in the environment below 1000 meters.
