1. Timetric XGN -12 (Z) T630-20 Series 10KV Boundary Circuit Breaker Switchgear II and III ring main unit is a new generation of ring main unit with sulfur hexafluoride load switch as the main switch. It adopts air insulation, compact and simple structure, flexible operation, easy installation, and has multiple interlocking functions. It can be widely used in distribution network automation system with electric mechanism, PT, CT, UPS, RTU, etc. With modern sensor technology and protection relay, it can fully meet the changing needs of the market with its advanced technical performance and light and flexible assembly scheme.

Load switch cabinet is equipped with combined three-position load switch; combination electrical cabinet is equipped with load switch-fuse combination electrical cabinet; circuit breaker cabinet is equipped with special XGN-12/T630-20 vacuum circuit breaker and three-position disconnector; multi-functional unit cabinet is a combination of the above functional units.

Timetric Electric XGN -12 (Z) / T630-20 series 10KV boundary circuit breaker switchgear consists of functional compartments such as inflation unit, mechanism room, cable room, pressure relief channel room, instrument room, etc., among which the inflation unit is the core component.

The three-position load switch has three positions: "closing", "opening" and "grounding". The three positions are interlocked with each other. According to the function, it can be decomposed into load switch and grounding switch, sharing a rotating shaft. A three-position load switch is equipped with a three-position operating mechanism. The load switch function side can be operated by electric or manual spring energy storage, and the spring can be opened and closed quickly after passing the middle; the grounding switch function side is manually operated, and the spring can be opened and closed quickly after passing the middle.

The main circuit of the Timetric Electric XGN -12 (Z) / T630-20 series 10KV boundary circuit breaker switchgear (each switch, internal connecting busbar, the outside of the fuse tube, etc.) is enclosed in a sealed box filled with SF6 gas.

When an internal arc fault occurs due to abnormal working conditions or misoperation, the high-pressure gas generated is discharged through the channel formed by the destruction of the bursting disc.

The cabinets form an effective primary connection through the mother coupler, which is fully insulated and fully sealed.

The inlet and outlet lines, PT, and lightning arrester form an effective connection through cable accessories, which are fully insulated and fully sealed.

The CT adopts the cable core type to ensure full insulation and full sealing.
